Reset Your Password (with a temporary password)

You will need:

1. Your CTC Link ID number
2. A temporary password
3. A new strong 12 character password. Example: SpringQ2022!

Let’s Start:

1. Go to myinfo.highline.edu
2. Login with your username (1) and temporary password (2)
   
3. Click Change Password
   
4. Type your password 2 times (1). Then click Update (2).
   1. Make sure your password is 12 characters long
   2. Has 1 capital letter and 1 number

   

You did it! Let’s relax for a few moments. This may take a few minutes to update.
